ArcticN67 Kota Village Ylläs

Ylläs is the largest skiing resort in Finland, 150 km North of the Arctic Circle. 

The ArcticN67 Kota Village project, designed by JKMM Architects, is located on the Ylläsjärvi side. The building area is centrally located on a fell, only 750 meters from the gondola life, and offers breath taking views over the wilderness. The Kota Village features a main building with restaurant, bar, exclusive wellness-spa, meeting rooms and about 50 spacious rooms with a view. In addition, next to the main building, nevertheless offering privacy, there are 14 exclusive, spacious, glass roofed Kota buildings. The whole building area features +6,000 m2.

The preliminary equity investment need is about 11 Meur.

Golden Resort Tahko

Tahko is the most centrally located year round activity centre in Finland. Tahko offers a variety of activities from winter sports, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow mobile tours, year round biking and padel and golf during the summer season.

Golden Resort is an exclusive area 5km from the Tahko city centre. The area consists of a main building and 19 large four bed room villas. The development project, designed by Partanen&Lamusuo, features a 1,500m2 wellness-spa and double room accommodation capacity, all tied up to the current main building.
